Professionally he is a commerce graduate from the Sriram College of Commerce, New Delhi and a Chartered Accountant. He is the Ex-Whole Time Member of SEBI Board and has also served as Executive Director of Oriental Bank of Commerce, Director of IDBI Bank, Chairman and Managing Director of SIDBI, Punjab & Sind Bank, Corporation Bank.
• Mr. P. S. Shenoy - aged 67 years, is a banker by profession having an overall experience of more than 39 years. Professionally, he is a commerce graduate & C.A.I.I.B. He is the Ex-Chairman & Managing Director of Bank of Baroda
• Mr. Sundeep Sikka - aged 36 years, is currently acting as the Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Capital Asset Management Limited, asset manager to Reliance Mutual Fund. He has been instrumental in expanding RCAM’s footprints in both domestic & international territories. Mr. Sikka has been with RCAM since November 2003 and has more than 13 years of leadership experience with NBFCs and Banks. Sundeep brings a proven track record of success and a broad understanding of the company's business. Prior to RCAM, Sundeep has held a number of other senior management positions and his last stint was with ICICI Bank. Professionally, he is a Commerce Graduate and MBA with majors in Finance from Pune University in 1996.
• Mr. Soumen Ghosh - aged 49 years, is currently acting as the Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Capital Limited. He was also on the Board of Reliance Capital Asset Management Limited, Asset Manager to Reliance Mutual Fund. Professionally he has done B.S.C (Hons.), Mechanical Engineering University of London, ACA – Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales.

• A post graduate in Statistics and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers
• He has over 20 years of experience in commercial banking and investment banking
• He has been with Reliance Capital Asset Management Company from Dec 2002.

Prior to current assignment he served as Head of Dealing - Equity with Reliance portfolio management.

• Manish Shah (Fund Manager)
• A commerce graduate from university of Mumbai & Diploma holder in Business Management from ICFAI university of Hyderabad.
• He has over 7 years of experience of dealing in SLR & Non SLR segment of Debt Market.
• Prior to current assignment he served as Senior Dealer of Debt Market with Sunidhi Securities & Finance Ltd.
